Going by the cars, 1963-1965 ish. Always loved those July 4th parades and decorating my bike.
I vaguely remember this one. Since the Batman show didn’t premier until January of 1966, I’m guessing this might be around 1967.
A parade to celebrate the opening of the Burlington Mall on July 28, 1968?
The Citations Drum & Bugle corps had Green Uniforms in first year 1968. I was playing snare drum just out of the shot. The lady walking next to us is Mrs Ruth O’Neil. One of the founders of the Citations
I thought July 4th parade always went down Winn St. I don’t remember doing any other parade in Burlington that year.

Those cars in the background are 1962 Chevy Impalas, if that helps.
I would say 1966>67 as Batman tv series came out in 1966
I remember being in cub scouts and in a Memorial Day parade up that way around 1962 or 63. those cars match the time period.
