Winn St. and Rt. 128…..use to live a block north on corner of Winn and Peach Orchard.
The lay of the land looks like Winn Street, looking towards Woburn and 128 northbound
I know that area well, grew up on Wyman Street. Just up the road
I grew up on Frances Road, I remember it well!
We lived in a house on the fourth row of houses in this picture.
heck,thats sylvester road in the background,with the old pollock farm house still astanding…the polllack sisters,,spinsters to the end,lived in that house when the farm land was sold to ralph sylvester for houses……….my parents bought one of the first,for 18,000…………….does anyone know how old the mackecnie boy was when he died up on locust street? He was the crippled son of old man Mackecnie of blueberry fame……………………………………carljohnson,piner 36@comcast.net
