The story about the extension of Fox Hill Road mentions two sections, one intersecting Skilton Lane. That section was renamed Patriot Road, the other half was built, but named Laing Circle and not connected, and Fox Hill Road was eventually connected to Skilton Lane following the route today. When I was in kindergarten at Fox Hill in the 1979-1980 school year, my classmates who lived in the above-mentioned section had to be dropped off at the intersection of Fox Hill Road and Hart St because that section had not yet been opened to traffic from that side.
