Must have been moving pretty quickly. That probably limits it to 3A? There appears to be a white wooden guardrail in the photo, possibly protecting a drop or a culvert? Is that a milkman that showed up on scene?

Judging by the hill, stone walls and white wooden rail on the left and location of the telephone pole up the hill and the one broken, this could be the corner of Cambridge St and Church Lane, from the perspective of looking up Cambridge St
